East Midlands Airport Academy was founded to help people of all ages and backgrounds to upskill and find their perfect job at the airport.

The on-site facility is a one-stop for anyone interested in upskilling and on-site vacancies. It provides free and tailored aviation training programmes to enable job seekers to gain relevant skills and secure employment with one of the on-site employers.

The Academy learners receive unique support when applying for roles following the programme, including CV and mock interview workshops. The Academy team also provides free training programmes to all existing on-site employees keen to upskill and progress their careers within the aviation sector.
